Dr. Frith’s pursuit of excellence is grounded in a strong academic foundation. She holds a Doctorate in Leadership from Liberty University, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regis University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the College of The Bahamas (now University of The Bahamas).
Her studies have uniquely positioned her to bridge both strategic and spiritual dimensions of leadership, integrating biblical wisdom, business acumen, and practical application to empower others toward transformation.
Professional Journey
For more than a decade, Dr. Frith served as a transformational corporate executive and finance leader, most notably as the Airport Director for the Grand Bahama International Airport, where her strategic leadership guided the organization through major operational and economic transitions. Under her stewardship, the airport achieved operational efficiency, financial growth, and cultural renewal.
Her corporate experience, spanning both public service and private enterprise, has equipped her with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, change management, and leadership under pressure.
Today, she draws on these experiences to coach and train others to lead with integrity, resilience, and faith-centered conviction in every sphere of influence — from the boardroom to the ministry platform.
